Rammstein has already made the announcement on its website: The globally successful German rock band is to start touring again! And GelreDome is naturally also among the venues it is to play. On Sunday 6 December 2009, Rammstein is to take the stage at the Netherlands’ largest theatre. Advance sales of tickets for this show commence on Friday 12 June 2009. Further details of official advance sales will follow in due course. However, we would advise you not to purchase tickets through unofficial advance sales channels, as the organisers, Mojo concerts, cannot vouch for the validity of such tickets.

This will be Rammstein’s second visit to GelreDome. The band previously performed here in June 2002, when its support acts were the Dutch band Within Temptation and Dreadlock Pussy. It has yet to be announced who will support Rammstein on 6 December.

Rammstein is once again to present one of its inimitable shows at GelreDome, complete with countless special effects, bizarre outfits, theatre, smoke, flamethrowers and other pyrotechnic show elements. On Sunday 6 December 2009, GelreDome will therefore be totally transformed to host the invariably grandiose and extravagant spectacle that Rammstein offers.

A new album? Yes, that is also on the cards, though further details are to follow in due course.
